We offer competitive Singapore market rates, meaningful equity on a four-year vesting schedule with a one-year cliff, and visa support for the right candidate.

Compensation is transparent within each band. Bands and specific offer detail are shared during the offer conversation.

    Application

    CV + a short note on what you would want to work on. We respond within five business days, accept or decline.

  2. 02

    Conversation

    45 minutes with the hiring lead. About you, your work, and the role. No trick questions.

  3. 03

    Practical

    A scoped piece of work tied to the role. Take-home for engineering and design; live discussion for product and methodology roles. Compensated.

  4. 04

    Offer

    Within five business days of the practical. Salary band, equity, working arrangement, and onboarding plan in writing.

  • We work across SGT and SAST hours, with written decisions, clear ownership, and async collaboration where it makes sense.
  • We work with institutions, not personas. Product decisions are shaped by methodology, evidence, deployment reality, and the needs of SMEs and the organisations that support them.
  • We write things down: decisions, designs, trade-offs, and the reason a thing is the way it is.
  • We use modern AI tools extensively (Claude, Cursor, and similar), but ownership stays with the person shipping the work.
  • Compensation is transparent within each band. Equity is meaningful and granted on a four-year vesting schedule with a one-year cliff.
