INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

Partnerships for measurable SME development.

Avnon partners with development institutions, programme operators, lenders, sector bodies, research institutions, and infrastructure providers to deploy Mothusi responsibly in institutional settings and strengthen the versioned MGS framework against operational reality.

Partnerships are scoped around clear outcomes: SME readiness, evidence creation, programme impact, funding pathways, sector development, data integration, and measurable movement across the SME growth record.

PARTNERSHIP TYPES

Four ways to engage.

The right partnership depends on what you are trying to achieve. We scope each engagement around the operational requirements, governance expectations, data environment, and impact goals of the institution we are working with.

HOW PARTNERSHIPS WORK

Scoping. Pilot. Programme. Scale.

Most partnerships evolve through four stages. Each stage is scoped against measurable outcomes agreed upfront.

  1. 01

    Scoping

A structured working session to map the partnership against your operational reality: SME volume, country and sector context, evidence requirements, user roles, integration surface, reporting cadence, and success metrics.

  2. 02

    Pilot

A focused cohort, programme, sector, or region used to validate the deployment model against measurable outcomes. Pilots are typically 3 to 6 months, with pricing and reporting aligned to scope.

  3. 03

    Programme

A full programme deployment with institutional configuration, MGS mapping, evidence schema alignment, user onboarding, dashboards, and integration into existing programme operations.

  4. 04

    Scale

For partnerships expanding across regions, countries, sectors, or multiple programmes, using a shared MGS framework with local evidence mappings, role-based dashboards, and comparative impact reporting.

REFERENCES AND NAMED PARTNERS

Shared with consent.

Avnon lists partner logos and named engagements only with explicit consent from each institution. Where public disclosure is not appropriate, reference conversations can be arranged under NDA during the scoping process.

This approach protects partner confidentiality while allowing serious institutional buyers to validate the platform's operational experience.
